I have been a coach, facilitator and experience designer for more than 20 years. I love working with people who care deeply about their impact in the world, and who want to tell the true story of the difference they're making.

Whether you're just getting started, or you're ready to take it to the next level (hint: you can't do it alone), I want to help you avoid costly mistakes, gain momentum quickly, and make sure the journey and the destination are in alignment.

I am driven by purpose - mine and yours. I've developed innovative (and fun!) tools and processes to help you clarify your purpose, and then put it at the center, as a guide for everything you do.
