I’ve been designing, implementing, and refining systems for more than 25 years. My first 'big girl' job, right out of college, was rebuilding a long-established Environmental Education program that was dying due to multiple inefficiencies. Too much energy out, not enough energy in.
In less than six months, and with the budget of a scrappy non-profit organization, I doubled the number of billable program days, filled those days with an expanded pool of clientele, and created two new revenue streams -- all without increasing the size of our staff or other expenditures. That program is still around today, and stronger than ever.
That was the first time I got to fix and build something, and every job or role I've had since then has been to do the same.

I’ve now supported hundreds of leaders, in every sector, through all stages of the business life cycle. The same principles apply, and I've yet to find a set of circumstances where my 'spidey senses' aren't catalytic.
